Asbestos Encapsulants & Coatings

A-B-C A-B-C Asbestos Binding Compound (6421 White, 6422 Clear, 6423 Green)
When managing asbestos-containing materials used as fireproofing on steel decks or beams, the material is often very porous and 'spongy'. A penetrating coat of A-B-C Asbestos Binding Compound should be applied first in order to bind together the asbestos 'matrix'. A second protective coat, or 'bridging' coat of A-B-C should then be applied to complete the system.

Grip-Tack (6408)
When complete building demolition is projected, prevent fibers from becoming airborne by spraying all your surfaces with Grip-Tack. Its tacky finish helps trap any fibers and prevents them from contaminating the environment. Grip-Tack can be also be used to lock down asbestos fibers after removal; it's tacky finish will help trap airborne particles as they contact the surface of the film.
